Lisa Robin Kelly died at the age of 43 from multiple drug intoxication. He left behind a son and two young daughters.

Hoffman’s official cause of death was combined drug intoxication. Also, it was revealed that detectives saw a needle in Hoffman’s arm. According to detectives who arrived at the scene, they discovered several prescription medications and heroin in his apartment.
